If you haven't heard, ex Teen Mom 2 stars Jenelle Evans and David Eason have regained custody of their kids--11-year-old Maryssa, five-year-old Kaiser, and two-year-old Ensley--and fans are not exactly pleased.

The controversial couple lost custody of the kids in May, shortly after David shot and killed Jenelle's dog. The pair then decided to fight to get them back, and after a new judge was assigned to the case, they did. Now, Jenelle has been showing off on social media, posting photos and videos of their activities with the kids. But one clip has fans concerned for Maryssa specifically.

The family was out on a boat this weekend, and one video that Jenelle posted to her Instagram Story showed a seemingly very distressed Maryssa, who had her hair covering her face, not looking content whatsoever. Fans shared the clip on social media and expressed their worry for the child.

"God, she looks miserable. This makes me so sad," one Twitter user wrote, while another added, "Maryssa looks like a prisoner." On Facebook, fans shared the same sentiments in a Teen Mom group. "This seriously makes me sick to my stomach. Poor Maryssa. The system failed her so badly," a person who shared the video wrote. A commenter then said, "Can you imagine how scared she probably is?"

Maryssa's stepfather, Shane Rich, recently spoke out on Jenelle and David regaining custody, saying that he and his wife Whitney, "are very upset and Maryssa is traumatized. [Maryssa] was very brave and honest and the justice system failed her. We just told her to protect herself…and do what she has to do to peacefully survive there. It’s a sad thing for a child to have to do, but it’s the only option in this situation, for now."

All we can do is hope that the children are safe in Jenelle and David's care.
