VIDEO: Kailyn Lowry Admits 'Teen Mom 2' Viewers Might Decrease After Jenelle Evans' Firing

Say what you will about ex Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans--you can't deny she's brought tons of entertaining moments to our screens.

The 27-year-old reality star, who began her time on MTV with 16 and Pregnant back in 2010, was fired earlier this month after her controversial husband David Eason shot and killed her french bulldog. David had already been axed from the series in 2018 after tweeting out incredibly hateful messages about the LGBTQ community.

Most fans are in agreement that the couple's behavior should not be rewarded with a TV show and money, however we can likely expect a drop in viewers tuning in for Teen Mom 2 without Jenelle. And even her co-star Kailyn Lowry, who has publicly feuded with her multiple times over the years, has to agree.

When asked by TMZ to comment on Jenelle's firing and whether or not the show will be fine without her, Kail admitted, "I think that people did watch the show for Jenelle and I don’t think that can be denied." However, she doesn't see that ruining the series at all for the rest of the girls. "I definitely think that the rest of us have enough stuff to keep the franchise going," she clarified.

Though Kail did not want to weigh in on Jenelle and David's kids, she did reveal that people have been asking if she'd take in their two-year-old daughter Ensley. When asked if she'd consider it, Kailyn replied, "I’m not considering it at this time," before adding that she hopes the children are safe and healthy.

Despite their differences, it's obvious Kail wouldn't wish these types of hardships, especially involving her children, on Jenelle. As for Teen Mom 2 without her, the show must go on. Fans still have a lot to see from Kail, Chelsea Houska, and their co-stars.
