It's been a tough month for ex Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, to say the very least. It all started when her controversial husband David Eason allegedly beat, then fatally shot her french bulldog. Soon after, she was fired from MTV, and Child Protective Services (CPS) launched an investigation on her family.

After having all of her children removed from her and David's home, which they have dubbed "The Land," and nearly two weeks in court, a judge has decided that the parents will not regain custody of the kids, at least not now.

Jenelle is now speaking out on the situation, releasing an official statement to The Hollywood Gossip. "I love being a mother and David and I will get through this. We are staying strong and united," the 27-year-old star said, adding, "I love my kids so much and I will do anything necessary to get them back and that is all I want everyone to understand."

While many Teen Mom fans would argue that perhaps leaving David would be the right place to start, the pair is expected back in court on Tuesday to begin the next steps in regaining custody.
