Remember Nick Viall? As a refresher, the 39-year-old Wisconsin native competed in two different seasons of The Bachelorette (10 and 11), making it to the final rose ceremonies in both seasons. He then jumped over to Bachelor in Paradise for its third season, and then became the leading man of The Bachelor for Season 21. At the end of his run, Nick proposed to Vanessa Grimaldi, but they broke up a year later.

So Nick is clearly familiar with the Bachelor franchise. Last night while watching the new fantasy suite dates episode of Peter Weber's season, he jumped onto Twitter to post about the pilot's contestants, and the response has been less than pleasant. "Just remember, Peter is trying to make a meal from groceries he didn't pick," Nick wrote. Umm? Women aren't groceries?

People are naturally very angry and calling Nick out on such an insensitive tweet.

Even Tia Booth was not feeling Nick's comment. and was quick to respond.

Meanwhile, other people are getting really into the whole grocery metaphor, dissing Peter's choice in keeping Madison, Hannah Ann, and Victoria F., who are all pretty young, and letting go of some of the more mature women.

While this has certainly been an extra crazy season of The Bachelor, most fans are not exactly thrilled with Nick's choice of metaphor. I mean, it is in really bad taste.
