Sophie Turner's 'Game of Thrones' Tattoo Spoiled the Ending Last Year [SPOILERS]
By Hannah Wigandt

This story includes spoilers for 'Game of Thrones' Season 8.
Now that we know how Game of Thrones ends, we're realizing there were a lot more hints about the finale's biggest twists than we thought. One such tease that's been in front of our eyes since last year was in the form of a tattoo, namely the ink on Sophie Turner's arm.
Turner has gotten multiple Game of Thrones-inspired tattoos; her and Maisie Williams got matching ink of the date they were cast in the hit show. So when the Sansa Stark actress got another in 2018 related to Thrones, we were right to speculate it might be a spoiler.
Back in June 2018, Turner got a tattoo of a direwolf, the sigil of House Stark, with the words, “The pack survives.” Fans were quick to ask if that meant the Stark family made it through to the GoT finale.
James Corden even asked about the ink at the time, to which Turner brushed it off by saying it was “just a moral that I like to live by,” and explaining, “When I was getting it done, people advised me not to because it looked like I was giving everything away. But I wasn’t! It’s just a quote from last season, but everyone figures that the pack really does survive.”
Sansa does say this line in season seven, and her father Ned Stark was the first to say it, to Arya Stark in the first.
As we now know, the tattoo hinted at the ending of the show, because the Stark pack did survive. Bran Stark is now King of the Six Kingdoms, Arya is sailing to new lands, Sansa is now Queen in the North, and Jon is back up north with the Wildlings.
While Turner denied the ink had any connection to the conclusion of the series, we should've at least suspected that wasn't true.
