Sarah is really invested in promoting the accessibility of the lifestyle promoted by the brand, assuring that it's not elitist and followers don't have to be wealthy celebrities to achieve it.

Prior to becoming the Poosh COO, Sarah worked as a writer and editor for the LA Times, LA Confidential, and Mean Magazine. She also is the founder of Beauty Banter, a website which provides beauty and lifestyle advice and tips.

According to Beauty Banter, Sarah grew up "in the industry." Her dad is the owner of the salon Pierre Michel in New York City, and he previously owned Make Up For Ever.

Sarah has been featured more than usual on this season of KUWTK, particularly when she joined Kourtney on a girls' trip to Turks and Caicos. Fans of the show will remember some serious drama involving Larsa Pippen, when Sarah saw a woman crying in the bathroom on a night out. Sarah wanted to go comfort the woman but Larsa didn't want to get involved in someone else's problems.

"Who cares? It's not our fault," Larsa told the girls. "It's not our problem. I'm not trying to get to the bathroom and get in someone's business." Fans were super upset by Larsa's cold treatment and praised Sarah for showing compassion. After the episode aired, Larsa took to Twitter to defend her decision to mind her own business on the trip.
