Luann de Lesseps' Apartment in the Upper West Side: Everything to Know About the 'RHONY' Star's Home

It’s hard to decide which of Luann de Lesseps’ homes to envy most. There’s that beautiful Hamptons property she shares with her kids, and, of course, the famous Catskills “round house.” But to bring the drama to The Real Housewives of New York City, Luann’s got to live like a real Manhattanite—and she does, in a gorgeous apartment on the Upper West Side.
Luann bought her stunning new home in 2020. It sits in the clouds, with an absolutely enviable view of Lincoln Center. Plus it’s right around the corner from RHONY co-star Sonja Morgan’s apartment in Columbus Circle.
The space is just about the size any NYC single would gladly call “cozy,” though it’s definitely more luxe than your Average Jane is used to. Luann and her adorable dog, Aston, share a hidden office, a master bedroom with a lush ensuite bath, and a modern kitchen that boasts Lucite hardware and a snug little breakfast nook.
The countess recently gave BravoTV.com a tour of her new digs, pointing out some special details, including her Jill Zarin rug, work from her children (both artists), and all the miscellany she’s collected from around the world. There’s also space for her jewels, of course.
When all of that gets old, it’s off to the Hamptons!
