Kim Kardashian is Getting Destroyed on Social Media for Letting Daughter North Wear Lipstick

It's just about guaranteed at this point that when Kim Kardashian posts something on social media, she's going to face backlash for a number of ridiculous reasons. And ever since she's had kids, that criticism has grown, believe it or not. From getting mom-shamed for letting North wear a bikini, or "favoring" Saint over her other kids, Kim has been through it all from people who think she should be parenting differently.
And now, after Kim allowed her five-year-old daughter North to wear red lipstick on Christmas Eve for their family party, she expectedly has been getting destroyed by mom-shamers on Instagram.
Below are the photos in question which show North's beautiful look.
Kim and Kanye West have such a beautiful family, but of course internet trolls always have to point out the negatives. According to USA Today, Kim has gotten comments on the post above such as, "Really Kim Nori is wearing red lipstick teaching her to be superficial from a young age. Thank god Beyonce is keeping you away from her kids," and "North is too young for makeup. Control ur kids sheesh. Let kids be kids."
A third attacked Kim with, "Nice pic but why does your baby girl have on lipstick? What is wrong with you?"
Haters even took to Twitter to continue to criticism. One seemingly jealous user tweeted, "Why is north wearing red lipstick, I wasn't allowed to wear it until I was sixteen." Another wrote, "Make up on a little girl..why tho?"
It seems Kim has seen the criticism, and has taken to Twitter to clarify, writing, "She picked it though! It’s a special occasion!" The reality star has been very vocal about only allowing North to do certain things on special occasions, for example straightening her hair on her birthday.
We know Kim is a great mother, so she should just continue parenting how she sees fit. No matter what, people are going to judge, so she might as well go with what she feels is right for her family.
