It's not uncommon for members of the Kardashian-Jenner family to be accused of cultural appropriation--they've all messed up from time to time. But it appears people really have targeted Khloé for what she wears or how she styles her hair, and this time is no different.

While on vacation in Turks and Caicos with Kourtney and a few of their girl friends, Khloé wore her hair in cornrows, a traditionally African hairstyle. The 34-year-old reality star shared a gorgeous shot of her in the ocean, but unfortunately her braided hair was a dealbreaker for many commenters.

I never want to leave

According to The Huffington Post, Khloé received comments such as, "Just because ur child is black doesn’t mean u get to rock OUR cornrows," "You’re not black sis," and "please leave that hair style [sic] behind." Some were quick to defend the star, however, as one wrote, "As a black woman I believe anyone and their mommas can wear braids. But I also see that braids don't look good on everybody lol. But let this woman live!"

As we mentioned, this is hardly the first time Khloé has been accused of appropriating black culture. When attending Diana Ross' birthday party back in March, for example, people attacked the Good American co-founder for emulating a classic Ross look. Wearing her hair in an afro along with a gold sparkly dress, Khloé was clearly channeling the iconic singer. But many still came for her.

At this point, people are always going to criticize Khloé for what she wears, does, and posts. She should probably take the comments with a grain of salt and figure out if what she's doing is actually wrong or not. Clearly, people are upset.
