Kendall Jenner Opens Up on Pressures of Fitting in With 'Sexy' Sisters

Just because Kendall Jenner is the highest-paid model in the world, that doesn't mean she didn't grow up with a ton of insecurities.

The 23-year-old model/reality star is the second youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, and recently opened up to The Telegraph on the pressures she faced trying to fit in with the rest of the family. As Kendall stands at 5'10" and is much leaner than her sisters, she found it difficult not looking just like them.

"My sisters are a lot curvier than me," Kendall told the publication "They have boobs and I don't have boobs. Growing up being this little twiggy girl, I saw my sisters and always thought, 'Oh no am I supposed to be more sexy like them?'"

But although Kendall admitted she felt like she didn't fit in with her sisters for part of her life, she learned to embrace what's unique about her. "I like that I have a different vibe to everyone," she explained. "I like to do different things. And that's OK."

We're glad Kendall has confidence now, which definitely is one of the reasons she's as successful as she is today. According to Forbes, the star earned $22.5 million in 2018, making her the highest-paid model for the second year in a row. The year prior, Kendall dethroned Gisele Bündchen of the title. The 38-year-old Brazilian model had earned the top spot every year consecutively since 2002, so it was a complete shock to see Kendall, then 22, cash in higher.
