MTV stars have been dragged once or twice for their clickbait posts on social media, but this week people believe Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry took it too far, and didn’t hesitate to call her on it.

NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and seven other passengers tragically died over the weekend in a helicopter accident. The news has completely rocked the global community, causing an amazing amount of people to show their grief, love, and condolences online for the victims' families.

TV Shows Ace reports that Lowry partook in this public act of sorrow, posting “RIP Kobe” to her Twitter, and the link about the accident on her Instagram Story. When followers discovered she was being paid for traffic on the site, however, they couldn’t help but criticize the mom-of-three.

One user wrote, “What is wrong with you??? He just died and all you’re worried about is making a quick buck??? Imagine wanting to profit from someone’s DEATH!!” Another posted, “No. You don't get to tweet this and make money off his death with clickbait on your instagram. Disgusting.” One even stated:

“Really disgusted to learn you tried to use his death for clickbait. You have reached an all time low and should be ashamed of yourself. Apologise to his family - they lost Kobe and a daughter and you tried to profit off that. Shame on you!”

The reality star seemingly heard the message loud and clear, allegedly deleting the link from her story, but with as devastated as the community is about Kobe’s death, I doubt they will forget Lowry’s mistake.
