Jenelle Evans Reportedly 'Stunned' After She and David Eason Lose Custody of Their Children

Former Teen Mom 2 star, Jenelle Evans, and her husband, David Eason, have lost custody of their children. According to E! News, a judge has temporarily ruled that Evans will not regain custody of Jace, nine, Kaiser, four, and Ensley, two. David's daughter Maryssa, 11, has also been taken from their care.

An insider told the publication, "Jenelle was stunned that the judge did not give her back the kids. They are all for the time being remaining with their respective caregivers."

David and Jenelle, along with the current caregivers, will return to court on Tuesday to hear the judge's decision and see what progress can be made in this temporary custody dilemma. A rep for Jenelle told E! News:

"At this time we are cooperating with the judge and legal team from court. We have no comment at this time and appreciate the concerns regarding our client and her children. We will continue to cooperate with the court and their decisions."

In the meantime, Jenelle and David are allegedly working on their marriage and focusing on getting their kids back. E! News reports that the custody issues began when Kaiser told his school counselors about the murder of their dog, Nugget. Child Protective Services removed the children from their North Carolina home soon after.
