Jenelle Evans and David Eason's Fourth Day in Court Ends Early: Everything We Know

It looks like former Teen Mom 2 stars Jenelle Evans and David Eason are one step closer to a resolution in their court hearing over custody of their children.

The controversial couple had all of their kids removed from their home earlier this month after David shot and killed Jenelle's french bulldog. After that, Child Protective Services (CPS) quickly started an investigation on them, and Jenelle was fired from MTV. David had already been fired by the network last year for anti-LGBTQ tweets.

For over a week now, the pair has been fighting to get their kids back, with little to nothing revealed regarding the final decisions. As of now, Jenelle's mom Barbara Evans has two-year-old Ensley, along with nine-year-old Jace who she already had custody of. Jenelle's ex Nathan Griffith and his mom Doris have Kaiser, and David's ex Whitney Johnson's mom has his daughter Maryssa in her care.

Radar Online published a video of David leaving the courthouse today looking rather somber, yet it wasn't confirmed if they were dismissed for the day or simply temporarily. Well now, The Ashley reports that their fourth day in court ended early. Jenelle reportedly left before David did, claiming she was feeling unwell.

It was believed that today would be their last day in court, however The Ashley says that this upcoming Tuesday, May 28 will see the judge announcing her final decision.

Jenelle and David were reportedly scheduled to see their children in a supervised visit after court today, however the 27-year-old reality star "indicated that she would not be able to make the visitation due to illness." Witnesses tell The Ashley that Jenelle looked "tired, scared and worn out" both inside and outside the courthouse today.

We'll have to wait a few more days to finally find out what will happen to Jenelle and David's kids.
