Get ready to cringe so hard your entire body will turn into a knot. Remember "Scott's Tots" from The Office? Yup? Well that episode just turned 10 years old today!

In a celebration of body-defying discomfort, E! News reminds us that this horrifying/amazing episode first aired a decade ago. For fans who have skipped the episode enough that you don't remember it, what happens is that Michael Scott pledged a group of kids ten years prior that he would pay for their college tuition because he assumed, incorrectly, that at that point in his life he would be wealthy enough to cover an entire class' tuition.

Michael, accompanied by Erin, goes to the school and has to break the news to them. He attempts to soften the blow by offering laptops, except the disappointed students end up receiving not laptops, but laptop batteries. Feel better, kids?

The episode, directed by B.J. Novak, is a masterpiece of cringe-feels and is so awkward that there's actually a Reddit page called r/CannotWatchScottsTotts. Some of the greatest quotes from the subreddit include, "My wife is sleeping on my lap and I can't reach the remote. Scott's tots just came on. I don't know what to do. I'm scared." Someone responded with, "This seems like a very specific torture scenario in hell."

Fans have been celebrating the episode on Twitter today, with one writing, "This one of the funniest episodes," and another saying, "Lmao if you skip this episode I can’t respect your [Office] fandom. This episode is the epitome of this show."

While the ten-year anniversary just reminds viewers of how much we all miss The Office, celebrating by re-watching "Scott's Tots" is an easy pass for me personally!
