David Eason is (unsurprisingly) back in the doghouse with the authorities. TMZ reports that the estranged husband of former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is once again a wanted man in North Carolina after he didn’t show up to a court hearing this week.

The charge is linked to a citation that occurred in summer 2018. Eason basically dug his own grave after posting a video of him illegally towing a vehicle that he claims blocked him into a parking spot. He captioned the video at the time, “Learn the right way to deal with a$$holes who think it's cool to block you in a parking space.”

The video was brought to the police’s attention, and he was charged with tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property. The pipe-welder kept pushing the court date back until he was finally ordered to appear this week. When he didn’t show up, reportedly, the judge immediately issued a warrant for his arrest.

Eason’s legal troubles couldn’t come at a worse time for him. He is already in the middle of a divorce with Evans, who obtained a restraining order against him in November because of his alleged abuse during their two-year marriage.

Needless to say, this warrant will not look good in his custody battle for Ensley, the couple’s two-year-old daughter.
