'Teen Mom 2's David Eason's Full Criminal History

Jenelle Evans debuted her story to the world on MTV's 16 & Pregnant Season 2, as the North Carolina-native was pregnant with her first child, Jace. Fast forward to 2019, and the 27-year-old reality star is still at the center of the Teen Mom franchise, and has caused a ton of controversy along the way. The most prominent backlash Jenelle currently faces is over her husband David Eason.

Jenelle and David started dating in 2015, got pregnant in 2016, and got married in 2017. By 2018, David was fired from Teen Mom 2, after he tweeted out homophobic messages in which he called LGBT community members "abominations." Since, he's been accused of abuse by Jenelle herself, along with recent claims by Jenelle's baby daddy Nathan Griffith that David abused Jenelle and Nathan's son Kaiser.

Besides these unconfirmed allegations, David does have a criminal history. According to Starcasm, the following are his arrests prior to meeting Jenelle.

6/28/2012: Misdemeanor breaking and entering, Larceny after breaking and entering

6/28/2012: Willful and wanton injury to real property

7/2/2012: Obtain Property by False Pretenses/Cheats/Services

7/19/2012: Possession of drug paraphernalia

11/11/2012: Driving while impaired, Reckless driving to endanger

2/24/2013: Driving while impaired, Reckless driving to endanger

2/21/2014: Driving while impaired

5/12/2014: Bond surrender

6/25/2014: Failure to appear

And on top of this report, Radar Online claimed that in April 2014, David was arrested for assaulting a female, believed to be his ex-girlfriend. He was accused of choking and threatening the unidentified woman. "The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b****,'” documents stated, according to Radar. He was later found not guilty.

While David's arrest history is extensive, it actually isn't as large as Jenelle's herself—that we know of. According to E! News, the reality star has been arrested a whopping 15 times over the years.
