Brie Larson is proudly discussing the possibility of a female-focused Marvel Cinematic Universe film during a Variety interview in a feature appropriately titled, “Power of Women.”

During the chat, the 30-year-old Academy Award winner was asked about the powerful scene towards the end of Avengers: Endgame, where the female leads join forces. This moment urged fans to ask for an entire movie made up exclusively of women, and Larson has made it known in the past that she's on board.

For the latest, Larson shared that she, among others, have been speaking with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige about a possible project, stating, “I will say that a lot of the female cast members from Marvel walked up to Kevin and we were like, ‘We are in this together, we want to do this.'”

The Captain Marvel actress also encouraged fans to talk about the idea as well, in order to let the studio know that this is something their audience wants. “You know, I’m not in charge of the future of Marvel, but it is something that we’re really passionate about and we love and I feel like if enough people out in the world talk about how much they want it, maybe it’ll happen,” Larson said.

Looking back at the success of DC's Wonder Woman and the highly-anticipated Black Widow, which is kicking off Phase 4 of the MCU, it does seem like the world is ready for more female-focused superhero films. The DCEU is already on board with the upcoming Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), so Marvel, what are you waiting for?
