Why Jenelle Evans Allegedly Doesn't Think Her Kids Are Safe With Mom Barbara

Jenelle Evans allegedly believes her children are in danger while in her mother's custody because of her brother, Colin. Jenelle's brother has a history of erratic behavior and a lengthy history with the police.
TMZ obtained police reports that show Colin has called the police eight times since Feb. 2019. The calls were to report stalkers, potential break-ins, trespassers, and one call where Colin claimed that his water was poisoned by chemicals. Colin has even accused David Eason, Jenelle's husband, of being a suspect in the reports, though there is reportedly no evidence that he was involved.
An unidentified woman came forward and said that Colin approached her, accusing her of taking photos of the house when in fact, she was taking pictures of the forest. The police have reportedly asked Colin to leave people alone.
The police have also reportedly visited Barbara's home several times because of disturbance calls, claiming that family members threw items in the home and issued threats.
While Colin has called the police several times, Jenelle and David themselves were involved in reportedly over 25 police calls over the past year, mostly for domestic violence incidents and wellness checks on the family.
According to TMZ, David and Jenelle are due back in court on Monday for their ongoing custody battle, and David is believed to be giving his testimony for the first time.
