Why Fans Think Hugh Jackman's Wolverine Might Appear in 'Avengers: Endgame'

Will the Avengers be contacting Wolverine for some help in the fight against Thanos? Well, some fans think so.

With Disney's acquisition of 20th Century Fox soon to be final, superhero franchises such as the X-Men will be under the Marvel Studios label.

And while the MCU really doesn't need more heroes because nearly every film in the universe is a success, fans have speculated on what fan-favorite characters can be added due to the Disney-Fox deal.

The major speculation from fans--and even Ryan Reynolds--has been that X-Men actor Hugh Jackman will appear in a MCU movie and reprise his role as Logan/Wolverine. And while Jackman has expressed that he's not looking to do so, fans received a wave of hope due to a Google search.

Fans freaked out when discovering a Google search result of "Famous Hugh Jackman movies" shows he will be appearing in Avengers: Endgame.

While some genuinely trust the search result, many fans find it way too hard to believe.

It's most likely not true at all, and it just seems Google's usually-reliable algorithm must have made a mistake. Now, is there a chance that Wolverine appears in the movie? Well nothing's impossible in the MCU, but it's unlikely that Marvel could make this happen with the deal between Disney and Fox not being made official just yet.
