Who is Yris Palmer Dating?

If you’ve been keeping up with your social media, you might have noticed that Kylie Jenner’s BFF Yris Palmer has been quarantining with someone special. The influencer is dating 28-year-old Denver Nuggets shooting guard Troy Daniels.
The couple recently cuddled up in bed and answered some fan questions about their relationship on Yris’ YouTube channel. Here’s what we learned.
Yris Palmer Boyfriend
Troy and Yris were introduced by mutual friends, including another Kylie Jenner insider, Stassie Karanikolaou. They met back when Troy was playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, and they went out for dinner at Delilah in Los Angeles. Troy’s first impression of Yris was “that she had her s**t together and she was fine as hell.” While he doesn’t remember what Yris was wearing that night, she claims it was this blue bodysuit, which would mean that the couple were introduced at the end of Dec. 2019, according to an Instagram post.
They also spent New Year's together, and Troy definitely knows what Yris was wearing that night, because he came home covered in the glitter from her dress.
The two have grown pretty close since then, partly thanks to the quarantine, which they say has led them to spend 24/7 together. While they occasionally get on each other’s nerves, they don’t seem to have any major issues. Yris gets annoyed by Troy’s video games, and Troy knows when Yris is in a mood and he should get out of the way.
Just like Yris, Troy has a young daughter, Amia, so they’re on the same page about what it means to date and be a parent. Yris’ three-year-old, Ayla, took a little while to warm up to Troy, but now she’s all in, and she’s even got a nickname for him: Troy Troy. Sounds pretty serious, right? Troy agrees. “I’m 28…she’s about to be 30, we’re not going to be wasting our time,” he says. “I always dreamed about having a girl like her in my life.”

While Yris and Troy are adorable together, fans are scratching their heads at the relationship considering she was recently married to someone else. As we previously reported, the eyelash guru married Staforde Palmer in 2016. The two met in Las Vegas back in 2011, tied the knot about five years later in Los Angeles, and share daughter Ayla together. Though Staforde rarely made appearances on Yris' Instagram page, she has since deleted the pictures she did have of him. Interesting!
In a YouTube Q&A back in January, Yris revealed that she and Staforde were separated, and that they had a "beautiful" co-parenting relationship. You can watch the video here.
