Was Toby Maguire edited out the new 'Spider-man: No Way Home' trailer? Marvel fans and experts think so! Here's why ...

Following Spider-Man: No Way Home's trailer drop on Monday which although gave us a tease at what's to come in the highly anticipated third instalment, in the Tom Holland led Spiderverse , it didn't confirm the rumors that Andrew Garfield and Toby Maguire will be reprising their iconic roles.

However, since the drop, social media has been ablaze with fan theories speculating whether the two will in fact star alongside the latest Spider-Man, and many Marvel fans and experts believe that Alfred Molina's Doc Ock was a confirmation that Toby Maguire was edited out the trailer.

According to The Marvellous Wave, Marvel has deliberately edited their trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home to omit "one or both" of the former Spider-Men, a technique Marvel has often used in the past to ramp up excitement for an upcoming flick. Watch the full theory below!
