While Jimmy Kimmel Live! was still in Brooklyn for a night, John Krasinski managed to stop by. The two discussed, among other things, the time the actor waited tables in New York, his action packed role in Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, and the generous donation he requested for his recent 40th birthday.

During the chat, Jimmy spotted an audience member repping a Dunder Mifflin sweatshirt, which, of course, brought upon a whole conversation about The Office. When Jimmy asked what old Jimbo thought about the "remarkable" popularity of the fan-favorite series, even six years after it concluded, the star shared, "Oh, it's insane. I think when you're on the show, period, you've hit the greatest thing you're ever going to do and no one will ever top that. And then now, it's, I think, 50 times bigger." Agreed.

John noted that what's truly "insane" is not just the crazy growth of the show's popularity, but the widening age range of its fan base. While pantomime-smoking a cigarette, he joked, "And now you just have, like, a four year old in an airport, being like, you know what my favorite episode is?"

The NBC series has certainly taken up a big part in all of our hearts, and we love to see the actors behind it just as happy as we are about it.
