Before she was cast in the spooky Netflix shows, she starred in two short films in 2014. The first, Sole, is described on IMDb as “A visual interpretation of a poem by Anna Rosati, music by Rubin Kodheli, and blood by Grace McCarthy.” The second film, Uncovering Eden, is a 15 minute story about a young girl who is forced by bullies to choose between her crush or her Jewish identity.

The 24-year-old actress has already come a long way since her short film days. This year alone, she was nominated for an OFTA Television Award, an MTV Movie & TV Award, and a Saturn Award, all for her performance in The Haunting of Hill House.

There is no doubt that Pedretti has a long and prosperous career ahead of her.
