In case you've been sleeping on the latest happenings in Kaitlyn Bristowe's life, she's now a recording artist. Yep, the former Bachelorette has been hitting the studio, and she dropped her newest single "If I'm Being Honest" on May 14.

One person who has already added it to their playlist? Her ex, Nick Viall. The former Bachelor star shared his support to Kaitlyn via his Instagram Story, writing, "Pretty damn good!" He also made a cheeky joke, adding, "When you want to hate something but you can't."

Bachelor fans will remember that Nick was the runner-up on Kaitlyn's season of The Bachelorette, so obviously, there's some history here. And after people caught wind of Nick's post, they applauded him for being so supportive.

"Nick seems like a supportive friend. He was posting a lot about Demi's clothing line when it first launched," one fan wrote on Reddit. "Nice of him! Think the 'want to hate' line is just his snarky humor. He seems really supportive of KB," another explained. Not everyone was convinced that the Bachelor Nation star was being sincere, though. "Are people really okay with this backhanded compliment? It doesn't seem nice to me!," one person said in the thread.

When it came to Kaitlyn's boyfriend Jason Tartick, on the other hand, there was no question on how he felt. The former Bachelorette contestant gushed about his lady's latest track, telling Life & Style "It’s a testament to her ability to conquer her fears of failure and pursue uncharted territory with a refreshing perspective.” Cute much?
