Alarming news hit yesterday, when reports came out claiming Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' husband David Eason shot and killed her dog. The former MTV star, who was fired from the series after tweeting out homophobic messages last year, has been defended by Jenelle multiple times in the past for his bad behavior. But this time, the mother-of-three is done sticking up for him.

David took to Instagram to confirm the reports were true, as he defended killing Jenelle's beloved French Bulldog named Nugget. Posting a video in which the dog nipped his and Jenelle's daughter Ensley, the controversial figure claimed the pet had bit her multiple times before, so he killed him. Many were confused as to why he chose to video the incident, instead of getting the dog away from her.

Fans are unsurprisingly up in arms about the whole ordeal, with countless begging Jenelle to finally leave David. And it looks very possible right now. In an interview with Us Weekly today, the reality star detailed what occurred when the deadly shot was made.

Admitting she is "shocked and upset" at her husband, Jenelle explained that Kaiser and Ensley "were inside and just got done playing" when Nugget was killed, while David's 11-year-old daughter, Maryssa, "immediately went to her bedroom and didn’t come out all night until the next day."

“Kaiser and Ensley had no idea and [haven’t] said anything about it since,” Jenelle added. Her older son Jace is currently on vacation with her mother, Barbara, thankfully.

“David and I are not on talking terms,” Jenelle continued the publication. “I’m too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It’s taking time to get over this whole situation, and it’s making me feel he’s very cruel and doesn’t have a heart on many ends.”

Fans will have a hard time believing Jenelle might actually leave David after she's defended him so many times prior (even after she called 911 on him for allegedly assaulting her), but it would definitely be for the best. Nugget did not have to be killed, and we sympathize with Jenelle as she mourns her "sidekick."
