Seth Rogen sat on a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con to discuss his show Preacher. There, he made a joke seemingly directed at Game of Thrones panel, which was notably smaller than expected. Thrones showrunners, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, pulled out last minute because of reported scheduling conflicts but many jokingly speculated that they just couldn't handle the wrath of disappointed fans.

In response to their absence, it seems like Rogen made a jab when speaking about his own show's finale, according to Complex. "I’m here, at least, so I think that’s a good sign,” he joked, adding, "I’m willing to show my face."

Rogen didn't explicitly mention the Game of Thrones showrunners, he did make a few passive digs when speaking about the final season of his show, as Complex also reports. “There was a world where we could have maybe extended it longer, but to us it felt like [it was good] having a show where nearly every episode was propelling the story forward, and moving towards a final conclusion…in a plotted-out way that was hopefully fast-paced and satisfying—you know, like the end of a TV show," the comedian stated.

The final season of Preacher premieres on Aug. 4 on AMC, if you want to see how its writing compares to the final season of Game of Thrones.
