People Are Loving Rihanna's New Fenty Beauty Zodiac-Themed Lipsticks

Astrology has guided decision making since the days of Babylon, but it’s only more recently that high profile people have begun to infuse it into their everyday appearances. Recently, Rihanna joined that effort, releasing a collection of Zodiac-themed lipsticks through Fenty Beauty.

According to PopBuzz, Fenty Beauty will release twelve shades of Mattemoiselle lipsticks, with the colors determined by the personality traits ascribed to each astrological sign. The Fenty Beauty Instagram page posted two photosets with the shades, which run through the color spectrum and guarantee bold lips, along with summaries of each sign.

Leos celebrating their birthday this week, for example, are treated to the saucy orange “Saw-C,” which is “For the bold and blunt Leo that always keeps it Saw-C.” Virgos, on the other hand, can pick up the pink “Ballerina Blackout,” suited “For the meticulous and reliable Virgo that’s always makin’ moves--ballerina ballout."

In the second post, Fenty Beauty also offered a look at shades including the purple Gemini “One of the Boyz,” aimed “For the social and versatile Gemini that’s down for a girl’s night in or chillin’ with one of the boyz,” and the green Taurus “Midnight Wasabi,” which is “For the grounded and resilient Taurus that can definitely handle a lil’ spice.”

Fans have been blowing up the comments section of each post to express their excitement in the new product. "[S]he really went off," one wrote, while another added, "wow catering to our astrological signs?? these other brands could NEVER."
