Gone are the days of women being forced to hide behind cutesy names to talk about our vaginas. But I guess Kourtney Kardashian didn’t get the memo.

InStyle reports that the Poosh founder is under serious fire this week after her lifestyle brand tweeted about “non-toxic feminine washes” and used every other silly word for female genitalia other than the actual name.

The brand has since deleted the tweet, which read, "Keep your yoni healthy with these non-toxic feminine washes that won't harm your hoo-ha." It doesn’t seem like they are pooshing very many boundaries with their anatomical word choices.

Followers are ripping apart the company (and especially Kourtney) about the tweet, saying it is ridiculous not to call it a vagina, and that vaginas don’t need non-toxic washes, as they are self-cleaning.

One user Twitter commented, Hey @kourtneykardash you might want to consult a real expert like @DrJenGunter before pushing some misinformation about our 'hoo-has'…By the way, don[']t be afraid of using the word vagina.”

Another wrote, “The fact you can’t even say vulva or vagina to advertise little more than a gimmick is enough of a red flag to just stick with good old fashioned soap and water.”

Maybe Kourtney and her team were just trying to be funny, but the truth is, no one is going to want to listen to advice about their vaginas from a company that can’t even use the word comfortably.
