We know that Yoda stayed in the swamps of Coruscant for over 800 years, so it kind of makes sense that we would find Baby Yoda in the swamps of...Mississippi?

It turns out that the Magnolia State is using the Force behind the character from Star Wars: The Mandalorian to influence driving safety. NY Daily News reports that the Mississippi Department of Transportation tweeted a meme of the world’s favorite green guy which states, “Baby Yoda uses the Force but still needs a carseat.” They also diligently displayed the quote on digital highway signs.

The young padawans of the MDOT are pretty clever to use Baby Yoda for their campaign, as he is quickly becoming one of the most adored characters of all time. Though The Mandalorian, the first live-action Star Wars series (for now), has only been out for just five weeks, “The Child” (as he is called on the show) is being made into memes, merchandise, and has even been tattooed on a fan.

Though we don’t know much about Baby Yoda yet, it seems that his power far extends the Star Wars universe. Be sure to check out the cute creature in The Mandalorian, which only has three episodes left in the season, only on Disney+.
