Marvel's Thanos Creator Jim Starlin Had Cameo in 'Avengers: Endgame'

Marvel is famous for its cameos by those involved in the creation of its characters--most notoriously, the late comic book author Stan Lee. However, a face that is new to being in front of the camera had a cameo in Avengers: Endgame that you may have missed.

Jim Starlin, the comic book artist behind the Mad Titan, a.k.a. the central villain of Endgame, was given a small cameo role at the beginning of the film in the therapy group held by Steve Rogers five years post-snap. Starlin wrote of his "film debut" in a Facebook post, saying that he "Had a great time with some terrific folks, like Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the script writers. When I wasn’t busy learning my one line or getting made up I had fun chatting with them."

His not being able to talk about his involvement in the film seems pretty on par with the secrecy that is known to surround the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
