It looks like Lamar Odom is over trying to win his ex-wife back, but that doesn't mean he's stopped having her back.

The former NBA star was famously married to Khloé Kardashian from 2009 to 2016, though they split in 2013 after his multiple infidelities. The reality star stayed by her ex's side after he overdosed and was in a coma in 2015, something that Lamar has expressed gratitude for even to this day. But when he recently posted a photo of his new girlfriend, people quickly accused him of shading KoKo with his somewhat strange caption.

As E! News reports, Lamar shared a photo this weekend of his new boo, personal trainer Sabrina Parr, adding the Malcom X quote: "It’s just like when you’ve got some coffee that’s too black, which means it’s too strong, what do you do? You integrate it with cream… But if you pour too much cream in it, you won’t even know you ever had coffee. It used to be hot, it becomes cool. It used to be strong, it becomes weak. It used to wake you up, now it puts you to sleep."

Of course, people started speculating this was Lamar's way of trying to say that Khloé was the "too much cream" in his life, believing he was being super petty towards her. He received comments such as, "I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED in you Lamar, you go from talking about love and good vibes to throw shade towards the woman who saved your life????"

Well, Lamar quickly saw all the accusations, and took to Instagram again to set the record straight. Sharing another pic of Sabrina, he wrote, "I'm a bit disappointed to read that people are using my words to enforce their own perceptions and assumptions pointing towards things that just are not MY TRUTH OR REALITY."

"This post isn’t against anyone including my ex wife that I still respect deeply. I am just PRO love. Can I do that without people feeling offended? Why does that make you mad?," he continued in his lengthy caption.

Just a few months ago, Lamar was fully discussing his desire to get back together with Khloé. During an interview with SiriusXM in May, the basketball player responded when asked if they could ever reconcile: "I hope. I wake up hoping that, but you probably would have to ask her."

Lamar has obviously changed his mind on women since then, but at least we know that he's not bitter about Khloé.
