Quarantine, who? Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were spotted going out for lunch together sans face masks. As reported by Us Weekly, Scott and Kourtney took their kids to eat at Nobu in Malibu over this past weekend, the day after the popular restaurant re-opened amid the coronavirus pandemic. The pair share three children—Mason, 10, Penelope, seven, and Reign, five.

This outing comes just weeks after it was announced that Disick and Sofia Richie, his girlfriend of nearly three years, called it quits. According to sources for US Weekly, Scott is "trying to get better and focus on work" after his brief stint at a rehab in Colorado, though he quickly left after a photo of him at the facility was leaked online.

The exes were seen greeting friends outside of Nobu on Saturday. The photos show that Scott, Kourtney, and their children chose not to wear face masks in accordance with CDC recommendations.

As for his split with Richie, some are speculating that Scott may have lingering feelings for Kourtney despite their tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship. However, it doesn't look like the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is about a reconciliation.

"Scott is so happy that he and Kourtney get along so well and how easy it is with her. It’s weird to everyone else, but not to them. They are really like best friends," a source told Us Weekly earlier this month, though they went on to clarify, "Kourtney is not open to him in a romantic sense, but Scott is always flirting with her and thinks she looks better than ever."

The lunch outing seems fairly casual, but perhaps it's a hint that something more is going on between the two. Only time will tell!
