Kim Kardashian Attempted and Failed to Explain Kanye West's Controversial Comments on Slavery
By Kwadar Ray

Being married to Kanye West certainly has its perks, even for someone as prominent as Kim Kardashian. Whether it be flying on private planes, meeting the biggest musicians in the business, and, of course, having beautiful children, Kim has certainly benefited from the marriage.
However, what comes along with a marriage to Kanye is having to defend some of his outrageous comments. Sure, Kim has said some controversial things in the past herself, but they all pale in comparison to Kanye's comments on slavery being a "choice."
Nonetheless, Kim has tried to explain what the rapper meant by those comments. The reality star insisted Kanye “never said that.”
“I always know what Kanye’s intentions are and what he’s trying but I also know that they’re going to write a headline and people are going to assume that that’s exactly what you said and what you meant,” she told Keeping Up With the Kardashians cameras in a clip that was shared by E!, and eventually circulated on social media.

“Slavery was 400 years, if it’s gonna be another 400 years; that’s sounds like a choice to me” pic.twitter.com/w34c8HXE9k
“Kanye’s slavery comment, he never said that. That was just the headline,” she said. “He said slavery was 400 years, if it’s gonna be another 400 years that sounds like a choice to me. He didn’t say slavery was a choice.”
Few fans bought Kim's explanation.
I love Kanye but Kim is just straight up lying you only have to rewatch the TMZ interview ?

TMZ reports that the clip, meant to be included in the new episode of KUWTK, has been removed from E!'s website and will no longer be included in the episode. The site says when Kim watched it back, she realized it was inaccurate and "not reflective of what happened at TMZ that day."
At this point, it's pretty clear that Kanye meant what he said, but simply did not understand how ridiculous he sounded at the time. And while Kim should not be obligated to explain comments her husband made, she needs to find a better explanation than "he never said that."
