Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson Consider Taking Legal Action Against Woman Claiming to Be Tristan's Baby Mama

Just as followers of the Kardashians are spreading the rumor that Khloé and her ex, Tristan Thompson, are having another baby, one woman is hellbent on the claim that she too was knocked up by the Cleveland Cavaliers player. And apparently, the famous exes are not happy with the allegations.

According to E! News, Khloé and Tristan are considering taking legal action against a woman named Kimberly Alexander, who says the NBA star is the father of her child. Reported by Gossip of the City, Tristan actually took a paternity test back in January to prove her claims were false, and it came back negative. The website has alleged copies of the test, along with lawyer emails and text exchanges between Tristan and Kimberly. You can see it all here.

Celebrity lawyer Marty Singer sent a cease and desist letter to Kimberly, which asked her to "immediately stop defaming [Khloé and Tristan] with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications," as reported by E! News. He continued:

"After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child's father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab."

The letter concluded by threatening further legal action, with it reading, "This is an extremely serious matter. If you disregard this letter's demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct."

It's clear Khloé and Tristan believe this woman is just using the NBA star for her own time in the spotlight, which is incredibly unfair to all parties involved. After everything KoKo has been through with her ex in the past couple of years, this is truly the last thing she needs.
