Kendall and Kylie Jenner Reportedly Sued Over Lace Lingerie Designs

The Jenner sisters are being called underwear thieves, and that’s just not a good look for anyone.

According to TMZ, Kendall and Kylie Jenner are being sued by Klauber Bros., Inc. for allegedly stealing their lace designs for the reality stars’ lingerie line. The company apparently made lace patterns so unique that they had them protected under copyright, and are now saying that the sisters’ thongs and sexy slips are infringing on that design.

The disgruntled company is reportedly going after all the profits Kendall and Kylie have made from the undergarments, which is quite a bit. The two youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family have been selling their intimates like hotcakes at Nordstrom and Kylie Shop.

I am admittedly no lace expert, but it does seem like a bit of a stretch. Plus, I’m sure the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars are pretty used to hitting lawsuits out of the park by now. Last year, Kendall was sued for promoting the infamously fraudulent Fyre Festival. In 2017, both women were sued for using musicians’ images, such as Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur, Ozzy Osbourne, and The Doors, on a line of t-shirts without permission. The two later apologized and took the collection out of their store.

I’m sure with their millions of dollars and their business savvy mama, Kris Jenner, the two of them will survive the panties police just fine.
