Jenelle Evans' Black Lives Matter Discussion Video Receives Seriously Mixed Opinions From Followers

Jenelle Evans is speaking out on the Black Lives Matter movement, but not everyone is happy with her message.
The reality star shared a video to Instagram where she held discussions with members of the black community. Jenelle chatted it up with a number of musicians and activists to get their take on the racial climate in America, and overall, it was a positive narrative.
"SPREADING AWARENESS!," she captioned the clip. However, some had harsh criticism given her past actions and her controversial marriage to David Eason. "Lmao but your [sic] with a white supremacist... Smh," one person alleged in the comments section. "Yet there is text going around of you calling someone a n****r ? HYPOCRITE," another wrote, referring to accusations that the former Teen Mom 2 star had once called her ex-boyfriend the N-word. "Odd because aren’t u married to a white supremacist who loves to show off the confederate flag?? ?? isn’t he the reason you got kicked off the show?," another scathing comment read.
Yet another pleaded with Jenelle to "confront" her husband "about his white supremacist ways."

There were a handful of fans who supported Jenelle's video, though. "Thank you for speaking up," one person said. A second added, "Honestly. It is what it is. No matter why ur doing it... ur helping to educate. To be honest, I see u doing more than anyone of the girls that are bullying u right now." And a third wrote, "This is a great way to use your white privilege and educate your audience. Thank you."
Jenelle's video may have been met with mixed opinions, but at least she's no longer staying silent.
