If you thought Baby Yoda from The Mandalorian couldn’t get any sweeter… then think again. Pop Sugar reports that Eiswelt Gelato—the shop responsible for animal-shaped gelato located in both Los Angeles and Japan—has come out with a treat inspired after the tiny creature.

The adorable dessert comes in either a cup or on a cone, and can be made with any of the shop’s green flavors, including avocado, pistachio, matcha, or green tea. The eyes seem to be dark chocolate chips, and the big, pointy ears look to be some kind of fondant.

If you love Baby Yoda so much you just want to eat him (you know what I mean), be sure to get to the nearest Eiswelt Gelato ASAP, as the little alien will only be available until the end of February.

While we won’t be able to snack on The Child for much longer, the character itself is seemingly here to stay. After a very successful first season of The Mandalorian, creator Jon Favreau has been hard at work on a second. And though we didn’t get to know much about the little green guy in the first installment, we do know that he is a very powerful, 50-year-old frog eater, and is likely from the same place as Master Yoda.

Pick up your Baby Yoda cone at Eiswelt Gelato, and watch The Child on The Mandalorian, now streaming on Disney+.
