It's believed that Farrah dated Derek Underwood for about two and a half years, while both parties were in school. Tragically, Derek--who is also the father of Farrah's daughter Sophia--passed away in a car accident, allegedly a few months after they split, in Dec. 2008. Farrah has often talked about Derek on TV and keeps his spirit alive by reminding Sophia of all the times they shared together.

Daniel Alvarez (2011)

As shown on Teen Mom, Farrah's first serious relationship after Derek was Daniel Alvarez, who she reportedly met on a blind date. But despite Daniel meeting the family--including Sophia--the pair called it quits in the same year. Their breakup was documented on the MTV series, in an episode which showed Daniel ditching Farrah while on what was supposed to be a romantic trip.

Marcel Kaminstein (2011)

Farrah then had a short-lived romance with jewelry entrepreneur Marcel Kaminstein, who she reportedly met on JDate. The two started dating in early Dec. 2011, only to split just weeks later.

John Parra (2012)

Next on the list is John Parra, an employee of Ryan Seacrest's who Farrah dated in 2012. In August of that year, Farrah reportedly announced her new relationship on Seacrest's morning show, explaining that the pair had been talking "like every day for two months." She added, "He has an awesome family and they’re super fun." By September, however, Farrah took to her Facebook page to tell fans they had split.

Simon Saran (2015 - 2017)

Farrah entered a longterm relationship with Simon Saran next, as fans saw on Teen Mom OG. The pair dated on and off for over two years, with countless fights along the way. Although splitting for good in 2017, the exes were reunited earlier this year with MTV's series Ex on the Beach, where, of course, drama ensued.

Aden Stay (2018)

Farrah's most recent public boyfriend was stuntman Aden Stay, who she dated for a few months in 2018. The reality star confirmed their split to People, explaining, "I need to watch whom I date as many men target me for my success. I’m focused on work right now between TV and film projects."

We'll be eagerly waiting to see who Farrah sets her sights on next.
