Dean Unglert's Dating Timeline

Bachelor Nation star Dean Unglert has been around the reality TV franchise long enough for audiences to know what kind of person he is, and yet, he still keeps surprises us with his dating choices on each season. For his latest romance, the 28-year-old reality star is dating Caelynn Miller-Keyes, after the pair got together during this season of Bachelor in Paradise. While fans are torn on how to feel about the new couple, we all know this isn't his first love in the Bachelor-sphere.

Here's Dean's complete dating timeline while being part of Bachelor Nation.

Rachel Lindsay (From Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor)

Dean first appeared on our screens during Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette in 2017, making it pretty far before getting eliminated in Week 8. The episode was emotional for contestants and audiences alike, as after Rachel met Dean's family, she decided he might not be ready for the relationship she wanted. She said during an On Air With Ryan Seacrest interview at the time:

"Dean was learning a lot about himself, and I felt like some of the emotions he had with me in regards to love were wrapped up in that. I was still going through a lot of 'firsts' with him...I felt like he was still learning so much about himself and he wasn't ready for the same things I was."

Dean went from a sweet boy to a total player during his next Bachelor Nation appearance, entering Bachelor in Paradise for Season 4 in 2017. As he and Kristina Schulman were among the first to arrive, they quickly hit it off and fully seemed like they might get engaged at the end of it. However, that all changed when Danielle Lombard came into the picture. Dean couldn't get over how gorgeous Danielle was, and started dating both ladies.

Kristina eventually left Paradise because Dean couldn't commit to her and was still pursuing Danielle.

As for what happened next with Dean and Danielle, during the same night that Kristina left Bachelor in Paradise, Dean accepted a rose from Danielle. However, things took a turn for the even more dramatic when Dean decided to split from Danielle and leave Mexico as well. "After Kristina sent herself home, I kind of realized that I care a lot about Kristina and that I love her," Dean told Danielle, who advised him to go figure out his feelings.

Though Dean kept talking to Kristina and Danielle after leaving Paradise, it wasn't until The Bachelor Winter Games in 2018 that he was cuffed up again. There, he began a relationship with Lesley Murphy, but later that year they called it quits. He explained the breakup to Entertainment Tonight at the time, sharing:

"Lesley's a great girl. It's just one of those things where it's sometimes two people aren't meant to be together and I think... neither of us wanted to drag it on longer than we had to. Like, if this isn't your forever person, then you should kind of nip it in the bud and four months to end a relationship is better than 12 months, if it's not going to marriage and kids and all that kind of stuff."

It looks like Dean may have found his forever person. Fans were shocked to find out he would be returning to Paradise this season, and even more surprised when he struck up a romance with Caelynn. But while the two have their obvious differences (Dean lives in a van, while Caelynn is a former pageant queen), you can't deny how in love they seem. Though that doesn't mean they haven't been free of drama.

During BIP this season, Dean broke up with Caelynn on her birthday when he realized he wasn't sure if their relationship would work in the real world. A heartbroken Caelynn then moved onto Connor Saeli, and seemed happy. But of course, Dean decided to return to Paradise to win Caelynn back, and after a few conversations, it worked. The two lovebirds left Mexico that day and are still currently dating, according to various sources and lovey-dovey Instagram posts.
