When Dean entered Paradise this week (with a really interesting moustache!), he quickly clicked with Caelynn. We've heard some spoilers as to how the rest of the season goes for their relationship, which you can read here. As far as where they're currently at, E! News reported in July that they're fully dating. And once Blake Horstmann released those texts between him and Caelynn last week, Dean came to her defense. While neither parties have confirmed they're an item, all signs hint that they are.

Before joining The Bachelorette, Dean was a Lead Recruiter for a startup company called StartupTAP in Venice, California. According to his LinkedIn page, he graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
