You have to love a good bromance, especially when it's between two adorable superheroes.

Chris Hemsworth spoke to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday at the premiere of his new film, Men in Black: International. On the red carpet, the 35-year-old star explained that he played a small part in Avengers co-star Tom Holland landing the role of Spider-Man. He recalled:

“I mean, look, we worked on In the Heart of the Sea together, obviously, then through Avengers and as they were casting him for Spider-Man, I did what I could do and made a call and said he's one of the most talented people I've worked with and has such a big heart and appreciation.”

It seems that having Thor as a reference really boosts your resume.

And the admiration doesn’t stop there. Yahoo! Entertainment reports that the buddies interviewed each other in a funny new clip to promote both MIB and Holland's Spider-Man: Far From Home, which hits theaters next month.

ET let Hemsworth in on the compliment from Holland in his Instagram caption above, calling the actor "this hero," to which Hemsworth replied, "Aw, did he? Well, he's my hero in life."

You can catch Men in Black: International in theaters tomorrow, with Spider-Man: Far From Home close behind on July 2. As far as Thor and Spider-Man teaming up again for a future MCU film, Hemsworth has stated he'd love to keep playing the Asgardian hero. So here's to hoping we'll see the two together soon.
