The Teen Mom OG stars aren't shy to talk about deep issues--and the latest episode on Monday, July 22 proved that once again. According to Us Weekly, Catelynn Lowell spoke about her separation from Tyler Baltierra while she was pregnant, saying that she worried that the stress of their marital issues would impact their unborn daughter, Vaeda, while she was carrying her.

To have some romantic time alone, Catelynn and Tyler went out for facials and massages before dinner, and the former took advantage of their private time to share that the stress during the pregnancy made her wonder if she should terminate the child.

When speaking with her producer Kerthy, Catelynn said, "I feel guilty for even contemplating aborting Vaeda." She continued:

"Is she going to remember that? They say that when you're pregnant, things that you go through in life, things that you say and stuff that they feel and they hear...we were going through so much in our relationship and stuff, and I was like, 'Is it smart to bring a child into this world if me and him aren't going to be together?'"

At the time, Tyler was against the abortion and Catelynn shared that she's glad she didn't do it. But she wanted to discuss it with Tyler again since it was still on her mind. Tyler responded by saying it "really freaked him out" when she initially brought up the topic. He recalled:

"I knew in my heart, I knew in my spirit, I knew in my soul - I knew that we would be together, and we're going to parent this baby. Whatever happened in the womb, honey, your love and your life and giving it to her is going to outweigh anything that happened when she was brewing inside of you."

It's awesome to see such strong communication between Tyler and Catelynn, especially when it involves some tough topics.
