Ariana Grande's Fixed Tattoo is Kind of Worse Than 'BBQ Grill'
By Natalie Zamora

As the current queen of pop music, Ariana Grande is no stranger to making headlines. The singer finished off 2018 by releasing two new songs, "Thank U, Next" and "Imagine," as well as announcing her next album, just months following the release of Sweetener in Aug. 2018. She expectedly started the new year on a high note, releasing next single "7 Rings," as well as the release date for new album Thank U, Next. However, it appears Ari did make a major mess-up through all of these successes. Her latest tattoo is a total fail.
People everywhere were amazed yesterday when news broke Ari tried to get "7 Rings" tattooed in Japanese symbols on the palm of her hand, but ended up getting "shichirin," which roughly translates to "BBQ Grill." Fans felt bad for the singer, while many poked fun at the mistake. The "God is a Woman" singer commented on the incident in a since-deleted tweet, admitting she knew it was wrong.
for those who are confused, ariana grande got a tattoo on her hand in japanese intended to spell out “7 rings” and posted it on instagram (now deleted), but japanese people in the comments started saying how the REAL translation is bbq grill pic.twitter.com/rF0NvEa9Yv

"Indeed, I left out ‘つの指,' which should have gone in between," Ariana explained. "It hurt like f**k n still looks tight. I wouldn't have lasted one more symbol lmao. But this spot also peels a ton and won't last so if I miss it enough I'll suffer thru the whole thing next time." She then joked, "also….huge fan of tiny bbq grills."
Well, it looks like Ari cracked and tried to get the design fixed. She took to Instagram to share a screenshot of a conversation she had with her apparent Japanese tutor, who told her to add the symbol for "finger" in between and above the tatt. But Ariana didn't exactly get that. The fixed tattoo now apparently reads something roughly translated to "Japanese BBQ finger." You can't make this stuff up.
Why... how... now Ariana’s tattoo reads “Japanese BBQ finger” ? pic.twitter.com/zC2LxSKJtI

Ariana has yet to comment on the latest fail, but we're sure she's amused by the whole thing. Like she said, it won't last forever in that spot (hand palm tattoos fade faster than other spots) so for her sake, we hope it goes away sooner than later.
