Zack Snyder's version of DC's 2017 film Justice League has sort of become a legend amongst fans. When Snyder stepped down from the director's chair after a family tragedy, having most of Justice League already filmed, Joss Whedon stepped in and finished the movie we know today. This started a movement that called for the release of the "Snyder Cut," which some fans argue is the real movie.

Now, Snyder has released a new screenshot of a deleted scene from his footage. The black-and-white photo shows Victor Stone, a.k.a. Cyborg, reaching for Silas Stone with the caption, "You would cry too."

Even though it looks like the Snyder Cut may never actually be released, fans are still left wondering if the photo could have taken place during Silas' death scene, pointing back to one of the unused scenes in the movie's trailer where Victor is crying.

Ray Fisher, who played Cyborg, and Joe Morton, who played Silas Stone, have both revealed many of the Cyborg scenes were cut in the final version of Justice League.

“There was [more we shot],” Morton explained to /Film. “They completely changed the story... Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what [the original story] is because that might end up being in part of the Cyborg movie. Yes, there was a big change once they decided that they were going to do the Cyborg film.”

While the picture is a reminder of what could have been, the future of Cyborg and the other Justice League members are up in the air right now, as Ben Affleck has left the role of Batman, and both Henry Cavill and Ezra Miller's contracts are reportedly up. But that doesn't mean fans can't still hope for to see the Snyder Cut one day.
