As both Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are aware of, some people think it's pretty strange that the exes are still so friendly, and even continue to go on vacations together. The equation then gets more complicated when you add in the fact that Scott's girlfriend, Sofia Richie, also frequently joins in on the trips.

While many can't imagine that trio getting along without things getting awkward, both Scott and Kourt are here to prove that yes, it's very possible. In a recent video for the 40-year-old mom-of-three's new brand Poosh, the two talk about co-parenting and how they manage it all, as highlighted by Entertainment Tonight.

In one part of their chat, Scott explains why he invites Kourtney on trips with him and Sofia, along with their children, explaining that he would never want to take away something from their kids' experience.

"I'm not gonna make our kids miss out on things just because we couldn't figure out how to be a couple," Scott says. Kourtney clarifies that she's always invited on trips the couple go on, with Scott adding, "I would never want you to not be there."

The pair also speak about how their once-rocky relationship evolved for the sake of their kids and their own well-being.

"I think at the end of that day that you and I realize that we're both on the same team," Scott later says. "We have these children, we're not looking to hurt each other. There is gonna be these obstacles in our life that will always come up. But at the end of the day we can always call each other and we always do work it out somehow."

It's amazing to see Scott and Kourtney's relationship turn out to be so peaceful and successful after so many years of ups and downs. We're sure their three kids--nine-year-old Mason, six-year-old Penelope, and four-year-old Reign--will truly appreciate it in the long run.
