Farrah Abraham is a proud pet owner, but some of her dog mom parenting styles have been, well, questionable. The former Teen Mom OG star raised eyebrows when she dyed her Pomeranian's fur bright blue, and posted a video which showed her other dog, Cupcake, rocking pink fur while muzzled with a ribbon. After the video hit the internet, Farrah faced major backlash, understandably.

Now, she's speaking out against the haters and claims that she's not guilty of animal cruelty. TMZ caught up with Farrah outside of Los Angeles hot spot Craig's to hear her side of the story.

"I don't like the hate speech and I really think it's sad that people who have dogs and will spend, like, $300 at a time to take care [of them]. My puppies are very well taken care of," Farrah said. She also claimed the response has gotten so vicious, she's put her daughter in therapy. "P.S., for those who do not know what dog training muzzles are for, go to your nearest pet store and learn more [about] why they can be helpful in training," the Teen Mom alum added.

In case you missed it, here's the video in question that has Farrah's followers throwing major shade.

A week later, she shared another video of the pups, and they still had their fur dyed.

For all we know, Farrah may have used non-chemical dye on her pups, so let's hope that's the case! But either way, it doesn't look like her dogs are going back to the au naturel life anytime soon.
