Move over, Michael Scott! There is a new manager in town… and he is arguably just as terrible.

It is that time of year when marketing departments put on their A-game to give us hysterical commercials for the Super Bowl. While the big game isn’t until Feb. 3, thanks to the internet we get to watch and re-watch all of the adverts early.

In the Little Caesars ad below, Dwight Schrute actor Rainn Wilson from The Office is the manager of Sliced Bread Headquarters. When a happy customer tells the driver that Little Caesars delivery is “the best thing since sliced bread,” things start to go down the drain for ol’ Rainn.

First, his team tries to come up with ways to improve upon sliced bread, such as "magnetic bread" or "bread insurance." Wilson begins spiraling in between shots of him try to pep-talk his way into a good idea. When he finally snaps, he is shown holding a burning loaf of bread while his employees do things like ride around on ostriches or hide under their desks.

At the very end, another pizza is delivered to a happy customer, but before he can say what the convenience is better than, Wilson hilariously finishes the sentence, and it is revealed he is now a delivery driver for the pizza franchise.

It definitely seems plausible that things would go up in literal flames if Dwight Schrute was running an entire corporation—large birds and all.
