Tristan Thompson Calls Kendall Jenner's Ex Ben Simmons His 'Brother' in New Post

It seems that a couple of the Kardashian-Jenner exes have found themselves a close friendship beyond the famous family. Awkward!

Us Magazine reports that Tristan Thompson posted pictures yesterday of him and Ben Simmons, along with NBA trainer Chris Johnson, working hard on the court together. The surprising caption reads, “Another great day of work with my bro @bensimmons.”

Simmons posted a few more pictures from the training session on his own Instagram with the echoed caption, “Another great day with my brother @realtristan13.”

Thompson, 28, plays for Cleveland Cavaliers. He dated Khloé Kardashian on and off for three years, allegedly cheating on her multiple times, including while she was pregnant with their daughter, True. The Revenge Body host finally dumped Thompson in February after he allegedly kissed her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.

Though not as scandalous of a breakup as Thompon and Kardashian, Simmons has also been in the headlines for separating from Kendall Jenner. Simmons, 22, who plays for the Philadelphia 76ers, dated Jenner off and on for over a year, finally calling it quits a few months ago.

What do Kardashian and Jenner think of their exes' deepening friendship? Neither have addressed the topic, but we will see if it pops up on Season 17 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
