Tom Hiddleston Reveals 'Loki' Disney+ Series Episode Count and Runtimes

The upcoming Disney+ live-action series Loki has Marvel fans excited for what's to come, and star Tom Hiddleston now has some information for fans. In an interview with MTV News, as reported by CBR, the 38-year-old actor revealed that the show will contain six episodes, each running for approximately an hour.
Hiddleston also got nostalgic in the interview and reflected back on his decade-long career playing the God of Mischief. Hiddleston said of Loki, "I feel like I know him, I’ve been playing him for 10 years now, and that’s crazy to me. By the time it’s out, I’ll be 40. When I was cast I was 29, which is a great chunk of my life."
Hiddleston continued:
"Playing him, and playing him truthfully, but presenting him with new challenges which then have to change him in different ways is the most exciting aspect of it. You have his specific gifts, his intelligence, his treachery, his mischief, his magic, and then seeing him come up against more formidable opponents the like of which he has never seen or known."
Since Loki was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Endgame, the Disney+ series will follow an alternate timeline. The show is set to air sometime in the spring of 2021.
