Dwight Schrute is a lot of things—hilarious, weird, obsessed with beets and Battlestar Galactica—the list goes on and on. But one of his more annoying flaws for the rest of The Office characters is how big of a brown nose he is to their boss, Michael Scott (Steve Carell). While he does a lot of sucking up over the course of the show’s eight seasons, What Culture uncovered a detail that perfectly explains just how dedicated Dwight is to being Michael’s favorite employee.

Throughout the years, fans got used to seeing the bobblehead figurine of a baseball player on Dwight’s desk. What many likely didn’t know is that the bobblehead is of former Philadelphia Phillies catcher Mike Lieberthal. The athlete's full name is Michael Scott Lieberthal, and here we are, seven years after the show ended, cracking up again over how extra Dwight is.

It's details like this that make the show absolutely flawless, and likely why it's still one of the most-streamed series on Netflix. Though the beloved sitcom will be moving from the service to NBC’s Peacock next year, there is no doubt that it will remain one of the most-watched, simply because of the quality and care that was put into these characters love so dearly.
